A few poses for a female photoshoot
A couple days ago and had few different poses that I wanted to share with you all. This will just be for a female photoshoot, but some of these things might be a bit more general.
This first one I want to key in is a little bit more general, and its just to look for the lighting. I used a window with lattice in the pane that created a fun shadow and I wanted to use a little bit of that in the photo.
With next model out in the sun, I want to cast a little shadow on her face, and place her to the side of the frame that the shadow falls on. The shadow should be closer to the side that has the shadow as seen here. The second thing happening here with the posing is making triangles with the body. Using her arm out from the shoulder, bent at the elbow back to the body creating a triangle, or with a leg bent out.
Another fun pose to try is closing in on the face, and use relaxed hands to give a women a more gentle image. Asking the model to bend their hands this way does feel a bit awkward in process but the photo comes out great!
Try these out and make sure to have fun, joke around, and talk with your model often, this will help them relax and look less posed than they are.
